Day 1 – Arrival in Venice
Arrival at Venice airport and meet your tour guide. Transfer to Valdobbiadene and check-in at a hotel in Conegliano, one of the two capitals of Prosecco. Welcome dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 – Gastronomy and Viticulture in Conegliano
Explore the UNESCO-listed hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, home of Prosecco. Visit the most beautiful wineries including “Colline Guizzette and Tenuta Borgoluce”, where lunch is accompanied by local specialties and Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. In the afternoon, visit Bassano del Grappa. Overnight stay in Conegliano.

Day 3 – The Prosecco Road
Journey along the historic Prosecco Road from Conegliano to Vittorio Veneto. Stop in Collalbrigo and admire the famous “Pieve di San Pietro di Feletto”. Visit “Cantine Collalto” at the foot of San Salvatore Castle, enjoy the vineyards and taste the estate wines. Overnight stay.

Day 4 – From Veneto to Tuscany
Transfer to Tuscany with a stop in Florence for a sightseeing visit and lunch on your own. Continue across the rolling hills of Siena to your Relais. Welcome drink, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5 – Chianti Valley and San Gimignano
Discover San Gimignano, the “City of a Hundred Towers”, and enjoy lunch with traditional dishes and wine tasting in an agriturismo. In the afternoon, tour the Chianti region, famous for its medieval villages, stunning landscapes, gastronomy, and world-renowned red wines. Follow the “Via Chiantigiana”, visit magnificent villas and wineries, enjoy lunch at a special location, and visit “Castello di Brolio” with wine tasting. Special dinner (grilled dishes) and overnight stay at the Relais.

Day 6 – Siena and Agriturismos
Morning in Siena visiting “Piazza del Campo”, “Palazzo Pubblico”, and the “Duomo”, with its grey and pink marble and floors depicting Old and New Testament scenes. Lunch at a typical restaurant. Afternoon visit to a historic winery for a Chianti Classico tasting. Dinner and overnight stay at the Relais.

Day 7 – Tuscan Cooking Class
Full-day cooking class at “Relais Riserva di Fizzano”, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Enjoy the dishes prepared during the class and relax in the Relais with swimming pool. Overnight stay.

Day 8 – Montalcino, Val d’Orcia, and Brunello
Tour the UNESCO-listed Val d’Orcia, famous for its rolling hills and wine landscapes. Visit Montalcino and Pienza, with lunch in an agriturismo accompanied by local products and wines. Farewell dinner and overnight stay at the Relais.

Day 9 – From Siena to Rome
Departure for Rome with a stop in Orvieto, the ancient Etruscan capital and papal residence during the Middle Ages. Lunch on your own. Continue to Rome, arriving in the late afternoon. Check-in and overnight stay.

Morning panoramic city tour with an expert local guide. Afternoon free to visit the “Vatican Museums”, the “Colosseum”, or Rome’s historic center. Overnight stay.
