Day 1 – Arrival in Florence
Arrival at Florence or Bologna airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Florence.

Day 2 – Florence Walking Tour & Street Food
Enjoy a guided walking tour of Florence, tasting authentic Tuscan street food while exploring the city’s best markets and hidden shops. Free afternoon and dinner in a traditional restaurant in the historic center. Overnight stay in Florence.

Day 3 – Cooking in Florence
Visit the “San Lorenzo Market”, then take part in a “hands-on cooking class”, followed by lunch with the dishes prepared during the lesson. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay in Florence.

Day 4 – The Chianti Valley
Today we travel through the Tuscan countryside between Florence and Siena, discovering the “Chianti region”, world-famous for its breathtaking landscapes, medieval villages, exquisite gastronomy, and its renowned red wines. Follow the “Chiantigiana Road”, one of Italy’s most scenic routes. Stop at beautiful farmhouses for local wine tastings and enjoy lunch at a traditional restaurant, an institution in the Chianti area. Arrival at the Relais and check-in. Overnight stay at the Relais.

Day 5 – San Gimignano & Volterra
Departure for a special day exploring “San Gimignano”, the “City of a Hundred Towers” and home to the world’s best gelato. Lunch in a charming farmhouse. In the afternoon, visit “Volterra”, the ancient Etruscan capital and modern capital of alabaster, featured in many famous films such as “Twilight”. Return to the Relais and overnight stay.

Day 6 – Tuscan Cuisine & Siena
Morning cooking class at the Relais, discovering traditional Tuscan cuisine between Chianti and Brunello, in an enchanting setting surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. After lunch, relax before heading to Siena (30 minutes away), one of Italy’s most beautiful and elegant cities. Visit the stunning “Basilica”, famous for its marble mosaics, and “Piazza del Campo”, home of the historic Palio horse race that has divided the city’s 17 districts since the 12th century. Enjoy dinner in this unforgettable setting before returning to the Relais. Overnight stay.

Day 7 – Val d’Orcia & Brunello di Montalcino
Discover the UNESCO World Heritage site “Val d’Orcia”, renowned for its rolling hills and perfect harmony between nature and human craftsmanship. Visit “Montalcino” and “Pienza”, the “ideal city” of the Renaissance and home of Pecorino cheese. Lunch in a local farmhouse, tasting regional products paired with Brunello wines. Overnight stay at the Relais.
